Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does tax preparation cost?
Our fees vary depending on the complexity of your return. Simple individual returns start at a competitive rate, and we always provide a quote before beginning your return so there are no surprises. Contact us for a personalized estimate.
How long does it take to prepare my tax return?
Most individual returns are completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving all your documents. More complex returns (business, multiple states, rental properties) may take longer. During peak season (February–April), timelines may be slightly extended.
Do I need to come into the office?
While we welcome in-person appointments, we also offer secure document upload and virtual consultations for your convenience. Many of our clients complete the entire process remotely.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payment is due upon completion of services.
Can you help if I haven't filed in several years?
Absolutely. We regularly help clients who are behind on their filings get caught up. We'll work with you to file all outstanding returns and, if necessary, negotiate with the IRS on your behalf to minimize penalties and interest.
Do you offer year-round services or just during tax season?
We are open year-round, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. In addition to tax preparation, we provide bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, and IRS representation services throughout the year.
